Bravely Being is dedicated to addressing human suffering by providing somatic regulation tools and integrative clinical mental health services.

We seek to help individuals reconnect to themselves physically and emotionally after generations of anxiety, stress and trauma, using a range of educational and clinical tools to manifest daily healing practices.

About Beth

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, EMDR trainer, and 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, I'm passionate about helping individuals cultivate daily healing practices to mitigate the impacts of anxiety, stress, and trauma.

THIS IS YOGA FOR EVERYBODY AND EVERY BODY. YOU PROBABLY WON'T GET A MAJOR WORKOUT IN WHILE PARTICIPATING IN THIS PRACTICE.
